Even the tiniest of babies can overshadow the needs of their parent. I'm here for that parent.
You don't need to do this alone.

I remember what it felt like, as a new mother, not to be seen as someone with my own needs. To be exhausted and unprepared for the realities of life with baby, without family to help. Now, I want to be the one who sees, values and supports new parents where they are. My training and experience as a postpartum doula and lactation counselor lets me do that!

I love to nourish my clients with healthy food. I specialize in cooking vegetarian, vegan and gluten- free dishes. In my spare time, I love to hike, dance, do the NYT crossword and listen to live music. I am a life long ASL and Hebrew language learner. My husband and kids are my favorite people to hang out with.
My Certifications and Approach
When I trained to be a postpartum doula, my instructor warned us to "make sure to tuck in our capes." My job is not to solve the problems at hand; it is to support new parents as they come to realize their own answers, because there is no one-size-fits-all approach to raising babies.
